General Admission Rules:

• Tickets or wristbands required for participation.
• Ride admission requirements change daily based on promotions. 
• Ride Wristbands must be securely attached, no refunds, rainchecks, re-stamps, rebanding, or exchanges are offered. 
• No refunds or rain checks for ride closures due to mechanical issues or any other reason.

Ride Safety Rules:

• Please follow all written and verbal rules for a safe and fun experience including weight restrictions.
• Ride height requirements are set by the manufacturer. Riders are accurately measured using a Kissel Entertainment Height Device.
• Some rides require a supervising companion, who must be at least 14 years old and meet ride height requirements. All riders, including companions, require tickets or armband.
• Parents are urged to evaluate rides for their children and ensure understanding of rules.
• Casts or braces allowed with completed Midway Release Form on select attractions.
• Secure loose items like phones and hats.
• Exercise caution entering and exiting rides.
• Ensure safety restraints fit comfortably.
• All hair must be safely secured and contained. 

Inclement Weather Policy:

• Kissel Entertainment may close due to inclement weather for safety reasons.
• Patrons are responsible for knowing the weather forecast.
• No refunds, rainchecks, re-stamps, rebanding, or exchanges are offered if the closure is due to weather. Closure rights also extend to low attendance.

Accessibility:

• Information about disability and accessibility accommodations available at the Welcome Center.

Workforce:

• Kissel Entertainment employs a diverse workforce from around the world.
• English is spoken, but fluency may vary; contact the Welcome Center for assistance.

Photography and Recording Consent:

• By entering this area, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Kissel Entertainment and its successors, assigns, and licensees, to recordings of you and to use said photographs and/or recordings for world wide exploitation, in perpetuity in any media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever. 
• All such photographs and sound recordings\shall be the sole property of Kissel Entertainment, and you release Kissel Entertainment its successor, assigns, and licensees, from any liability on account of such usage.
